What I Do
Every project is different, but the work breaks down into distinct stages. Each one takes time, skill, and materials — and is priced accordingly.
You come to the workshop, we talk through what you need, sketch it out, and figure out the best way to make it happen. This is where every project starts.
When the project needs it: proper CAD drawings, centre-of-gravity calculations, tipover analysis, FEA, and a spec sheet so you know exactly what you're getting.
The making. Welding, machining, milling, and 3D printing — working in steel, aluminium, and other metals to bring the design to life, built to last.
Formal engineering documentation for compliance, vehicle inspections, or insurance requirements. A professional report certifying the work meets required standards.
Add-on serviceNot everything needs engineering. Decorative metalwork, sculptural pieces, wedding installations, and one-off creative builds — made with the same care and craftsmanship.
In-house 3D printing for prototypes, functional parts, and one-off pieces. Design-to-print, material advice, and post-processing.

How It Works
A straightforward process so you know what to expect at every stage.
Come by, tell me what you need. We'll sketch it out on paper and figure out the approach together.
If the job needs it, I'll produce proper drawings and any analysis — CoG, FEA, spec sheets — so it's right before anything gets cut.
Fabrication, welding, machining, printing — whatever the project requires. Built properly, no cold welds, no shortcuts.
You get the finished piece plus any documentation. If you need an engineer's report for compliance or insurance, that's available as an add-on.
Design, drawing, analysis, and fabrication are each separate stages of work — and each is quoted individually. This keeps things transparent: you know what you're paying for at every step.
An engineer's report is an additional service on top of the build, quoted separately when required for compliance, road use, or insurance.
